Questions about Zyxel
Q. My DSL light is constantly flashing and I cannot get any webpages or email.
A. Power off the router for 15 minutes and try again, if this does still not work try replacing filters. If there is still no connection ring support.
Q. I have a red light on my internet light.
A. Check settings on router are set to the correct username/password and if correct ring support.
Q.; I have no lights on my router.
A. Check power to router at the socket and disconnect power then reconnect. If the router still shows no light ring support.
Q. When trying to access a webpage I am getting a Zyxel login screen.
A. Power off the router for 15 minutes and try again, if this does still not work try replacing filters. If there is still no connection ring support.
Q.; Webpages are taking a long time to load and email is taking a long time to download.
A. Power off router for 15 minutes then try again, if it is still slow ring support
Q. I am getting no DSL light on my router.
A. Power off the router for 15 minutes, if still no DSL light plug an analogue phone into the socket with no filter, if there is a dial tone ring support, if there is no dial tone ring your telephone line supplier.
Q. I have a new laptop on vista, but it will not connect to the wireless connection.
A. Check to see if security on the router is WEP, if it is ring support.
Q. My connection keeps dropping when I make a call from another phone on the premises.
A. Please check all phones on the same line have an ADSL filter, if the problem continues phone support.
