CI-Net's core network is centred on multiple locations connected by high performance resilient links and customer circuits are routed to one of the CI-Net locations. The customer networks we design ensure that the primary and secondary links are routed to different CI-Net locations. This reinforces the resiliency to such an extent that should CI-Net have any outage in one part of the core network then the other location can take the strain.

Unlike VNOs we own our core network and have total control over its configuration and management. CI-Net can host customer equipment and environments inside our network for requirements such as centralised Internet gateway and back-up and recovery.
