How much space do I get?
Web hosting packages are measured against the size of the site and the amount of data transferred per month. Our team will discuss your requirements and advise an appropriate package to suit your needs.
What will my URL be?
All of our web hosting packages include the registration or transfer of a .uk or .com domain name. The URL for your website can then be related to your domain name.
Are subdirectories allowed?
Yes, you have full access to create and delete subdirectories as you wish.
How do I upload files to my webspace?
Files can be uploaded with any FTP client (for example CuteFTP, or the inbuilt client in Homesite). You will require the following information:
FTP Server: www.yourdomain.xxx
Password: Your normal password
Upload Directory: html
Once connected you will see four directories. You will need to be in the "html" directory before you upload any files for them to work correctly on the web server.
