For managed service customers a Lead Consultant is assigned who is field based, and a Technical Account Manager from within the office based Support Team. In addition your environment will be well documented and be familiar to other members of our support and technical teams. Having the knowledge spread across multiple consultants eliminates the risks associated with all the knowledge residing with a single in-house IT person.
