We are currently looking for a Technical Support Consultant to provide telephonic support to clients, monitor and prioritise calls logged and ensure customer SLA’s are maintained.
It is essential that you can work well in an enthusiastic team environment, to establish a professional rapport with our clients. A well presented professional with reliable time keeping and attendance, you should also have excellent communication, presentation and practical skills. The ability to remain calm in sometimes challenging situations and take ownership of problems is essential.
