Introducing PRISM

CI−Net has formed Team PRISM to look after its SME customers, Partners and Resellers.

Team Manager Harri Chiba explains - "Team PRISM will be offering a portfolio of products that have been specially packaged to meet the needs of SMEs.  At the same time, we are also looking to rapidly expand our partner network and provide an enhanced level of support to our existing partners and resellers."  
 
The new team comprises Steve Evins and Rubbel Syed, who look after customers and partners in the north and south respectively.
 
Graham McLean, CI-Net Managing director adds: "We have restructured our sales teams to reflect the changing nature of our business.  Harri is responsible for managing our channel sales and for SME customers, while Ben Coleman is responsible for our field sales team, which is looking to sell flexible WAN solutions to companies with over five UK sites.  Restructuring our sales teams in this way means our customers will be looked after by someone who has a real understanding of their requirements."
