Right now, we are helping our clients to realise cost savings. How do we do this? Well it is a combination of the way we use technology plus our people. We have invested in building a dedicated professional services team - with a combined 100 years of experience in wide area networks and IP services. It is this depth and breadth of knowledge that benefits our customers most of all. This knowledge allows us to seek out innovative, flexible, best of breed solutions to meet and often exceed our customers’ expectations.
Technology improvements and competitive pressures mean that telecoms prices generally are on a long term downward trend. In the past 13 years CI-Net has undergone quite a transformation. No we have not developed spots, started grunting in response to every question, or dyed our hair bright pink. But, we have evolved from being one of a handful of business-focussed ISPs into a major player in the provision of fully managed Wide Area Networks and IP services. We pride ourselves on the intelligent use of innovative technology and our solid track record of successful customer implementations.
