Graham McLean, Managing Director

Graham joined CI-Net as Managing Director in June 2005 with over 20 years experience in the technology industry.  He started his career selling B2B e-commerce solutions at systems software supplier Pansophic before becoming a founder member of Sterling Software's European Ordernet division launching EDI into the UK and mainland Europe.  Under Graham's guidance CI-Net has moved from B2B ISP to become a major player in the provision of fully managed Wide Area Networks and IP services.
 

Michael Mulford, BSc ACA, Finance Director

Mike is responsible for finance and administration, strategic planning and financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions for the group. Mike has been with the business since 1999, joining from Koninklijke Ahrend NV which was a £150m listed Dutch organisation where he fulfilled the roles of group financial controller and acting CFO prior to returning to the UK. 
 

Andy Conway Professional Services Director

Andy joined CI-Net in February 2005, and is responsible for the development of the Professional Services Team that forms a major cornerstone of CI-Net's success. Andy and his consultants are responsible for the specification and delivery of CI-Net solutions ensuring that they are appropriately designed, innovative and offer real value. Andy also heads up CI-Net's internal systems development, operations and networking teams ensuring that our own core systems remain customer focused. Andy has led the charge in providing managed services for our customers who now enjoy more time to pursue the growth of their own business. 
 

James Smith, Customer Service Manager

James joined CI-Net in 2007 and is responsible for the provisioning and support teams. These teams aim to provide smart, available, friendly support to ensure customers have a smooth transition from order to delivered service and are supported on a day to day basis. James started his career in IT in South Africa in 1995 as support analyst for a Stock charting company, after a year he moved on to a network engineer role for a IT outsourcing company, where he spent  his time looking after the helpdesk, network and hardware delivery for numerous companies including Sage insurance, Mercantile Lisbon bank and First technologies.
 

Ben Coleman, Sales Manager

Ben has over 10 years sales experience with a focus towards the provision of secure, managed Wide Area Network solutions. His industry experience comes from working for a number of organisations including ISPs, network specialists, software solutions and IT services companies. Ben joined CI-Net in 2004 to develop and market their portfolio of VPN solutions. His dedication to keeping up with developing technologies and CI-Net's ability to adapt its core network to meet customers' requirements mean that over 2000 UK organisations rely on CI-Net's secure, resilient, managed networks to keep their businesses running smoothly.
